Cash On Delivery Policy
1. There is an Extra Charge for Cash On Delivery Service 50 Rs.
2. Cash on delivery is not available at the product purchase over more than 20,000 Rs.
3. Cash on delivey is available over the product purchase 250 Rs with additional 50 Rupee Charges.

1. Processing your order
Once we receive your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP! All Divinique Jewelry orders are processed within one to two working days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.
2. Shipping your order
For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.
3. Tracking your order
Of course, you'll want to know when your product is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend outfit accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.
4. Order cancellation
Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change a Divinique Jewelry order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your CrunchyFashion order number or call 9810175745, as soon as possible.
We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to Divinique Jewelry according to our 7-day money back return policy.
Note: Divinique Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities
Please follow the instructions below and return your items as soon as possible to the address below.
Step 1: Fill the return form online here.;
Step 2: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
Step 3: Pack the product and the box securely with a tape.
Step 4: Call us on 9810175745 to check if a pick-up is available in your area or not. Crunchy Fashion provides reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Crunchy Fashion or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.
In case your reason to return is none of the above, follow step 4.
In case you are returning a product for any of the above mentioned reasons, our logistics partner will come and pick up your returns box.
Step 5: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box -

Step 6: Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at email@example.com to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number, Way Bill Number & the respective courier for the returned Consignment details in the email.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund within 15 working days of receiving your courier.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considred as a part of return and will be send back to the customer:
1. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
2. Products should be in the original packaging and tags.
3. Item that we receive in our ware house should be in resellable condition. If we receive the goods which are not in sellable condition, they will ba send back to customer.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers, which we will refund with a company check.
Your refund should arrive within two weeks (usually sooner), after the carrier issues your tracking number.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
Unless applicable, delivery and COD charges are not refunded.
If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only.
Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
